Weather: Oxford is experiencing very pleasant weather at the moment: the harsh bite of winter has yet to sweep down on the city, and so far sunny skies with the odd wispy cloud and a crisp fall breeze are the current norm, which is appreciated by citizens and passerbys alike.

Blackburn Flyer The Blackburn Flyer is an underground, liberal anti-war newspaper distributed in the streets and printed on regular sheets of paper. Its anonymous writers seem to be well-connected as they have a good understanding of some war news the government would rather be kept secret, but as of yet its structure and source remains a mystery.

Town Square (2 sub-boards) Many people accustomed to cities are often surprised to find this large cobblestone square in the centre of Oxford. An attractive, clean place lined with shops and topped off with a large fountain, the town square is a place where people of all classes come to mingle and talk. Soldiers, children, thieves, and shoppers are all common visitors here.
